Booking: Terms & Conditions
The booking implies the acceptance and adherence to the Terms & Conditions and all the info listed during the booking and accommodation confirmation. The booking conditions adopted allow us to plan your stay in the best way. N.B: The services of the Villa are subject to availability/times and may be modified or no longer available as a result of Coronavirus, Dpcm & Ordinanze and force majeure measures, no amount will be recognized as compensation for non-use. Online booking: to avoid involuntary discrepancies between the booking request and the compilation of the same, we invite you to carefully check all the data, details and conditions of the booking before confirming payment. The reservation is conditional upon receipt of the amount by credit card only Visa or MasterCard.
The booking implies the acceptance of all the content on line in the booking confirmation, before confirming your booking, we invite you to read carefully all the content and all the information in the online booking section. The amount sent is always non-refundable. For late arrival/early departure: the amount sent to us is always non-refundable, unused days will still be automatically charged (check rates conditions). The booking contract is finalized when you receive the final confirmation of the booking. The rates imply the acceptance of all the conditions proposed online. We recommend that you take out a holiday insurance that also covers issues related to COVID.
CHECK-IN ONLY FROM 2 P.M. UNTIL 5 P.M. Check in before 2 p.m. we require an extra charge of Euro 40,00. In case of check in after 5 p.m. (always subject to availability): we require an e-mail with your arrival time and an extra charge of Euro 40,00. THE FAILURE TO RECEIVE THE MAIL WITH YOUR TIME OF ARRIVAL WILL NOT PERMIT you to check in.
The Client who has booked the accommodation is expected to arrive until 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless previous notices of delay transmitted by email and correctly received/agreed upon. After the aforementioned terms, if the agreed arrival time is not reached (no show), the booking contract will be considered de facto cancelled and Villa Scarpariello Relais will have the right to dispose of the accommodation. Villa Scarpariello Relais for this eventuality will withhold as compensation the entire amount paid (which in any case is always non-refundable) and will automatically charge the eventual remaining amount according to the criteria of the booking/cancellation conditions.
RECEPTION HOURS ONLY: FROM 9.00 a.m. TO 5.00 p.m. the reception, besides being physical, could also be virtual with contacts ONLY by e-mail or telephone.
The balance of the stay is to be paid on the day of arrival check in at Villa Scarpariello Relais, by credit card only Visa, MasterCard/cash (in accordance with current regulations). The payment of any extra services used will be made on departure or by mail.
Cancellation Conditions
We recommend taking out holiday insurance that also covers COVID issues.The cancellation of the booking should only be made in good time online "booking-cancellation" and until confirmation that the cancellation has been correctly received. In the event of a cancellation, the booking contract will be considered concluded. Please check the cancellation conditions carefully before making your booking.
Rates & Supplements
To be verified at the time of booking. Villa Scarpariello Relais reserves the right to increase or decrease rates at any time, however the price of your stay will be confirmed at the time of booking confirmation by email. N.B: The services of the Villa are subject to availability/timetables and may be modified or no longer available due to Coronavirus, Dpcm & Ordinances and force majeure, no amount will be paid as compensation for non-use. Some services are chargeable, we invite guests to check and consult all information when booking and in the booking confirmation.
Complaints & Responsibility
In the event that the Customer needs to report any problem, it is required to immediately inform the Management only and only with an email sent to info@villascarpariellorelais.it communications will be considered ONLY during your stay.
Termination of the contract
We recommend, as already listed in the booking, to take out a holiday insurance that also covers issues related to the COVID. Villa Scarpariello Relais will have the right to terminate the contract at any time, we will not be responsible for the events that occurred as a result of any of the following cases for example. The Customer will not be refunded and Villa Scarpariello Relais will not be responsible for any additional costs that the Customer may incur as a result. The amount sent to us is always non-refundable. No port will be recognized as compensation for non-use. Travel documents not presented/ not in order. The Customer is responsible for all personal travel documents, all documents required at the reception must be in order otherwise you can not make or complete the stay.
Failure to comply with the provisions Coronavirus, Dpcm & Ordinances.
Cancellation policy, no show, no email with directions VS check-in/check-out time.
Non-payment of the amount requested for the reservation, non-payment of any balance due on the day of arrival check-in (check rate conditions).
Non-payment of services used during the stay.
Failure to comply with the Internal Rules, Booking Conditions, Terms & Conditions, mandatory forms to be completed at check-in, notices in the villa, compliance with all online and offline communications.
Negligent conduct by the Customer/any Visitors previously authorized by the reception and the very cause of the destruction/damage. All accommodations are equipped with inventory, are checked periodically and delivered in perfect condition. The Customer must return the accommodation in the same state as at check-in. If the Customer notices any shortcomings or breakages, it is required to notify the Management within 24 hours after the occupation, in order to avoid that later it can be held responsible by paying the mandatory automatic penalty for any damage. Any complaints at check-out will NOT be considered. Although we will try to meet them, provided they are reasonable, we cannot guarantee that every request will be met. In addition, we will not be responsible for the lack of enjoyment of the Customer’s stay due to a lack of communication of important elements for the use of the holiday and the amount paid is always non-refundable. It is the intent of Villa Scarpariello Relais to plan with the utmost care the services booked by the Customer, but we will not be responsible for any service that is not expressly included and indicated in the online booking contract.

No amount will be due as compensation: any special requests must be sent at the time of booking, later they can not be taken into account. Although we will try to meet them, provided they are reasonable, we cannot guarantee that every request will be met. In addition, we will not be responsible for the lack of enjoyment of the guest’s stay due to the lack of communication of important elements for the enjoyment of the holiday. It is our intention to plan with the utmost care the services booked by the customer, but we will not be responsible for any service that is not expressly included and reported in the booking contract
Force majeure:Vsr cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the customer or in the event that the complete or incomplete use of our services is limited/ impossible due to the occurrence of force majeure. No amount will be due as compensation/refund. In this case we may propose several options that will be communicated to you via email.
In this document, force majeure means any event or failure that cannot be, despite all the caution given, foreseen or avoided or provided by us or our service providers
because of an event or circumstance that we or the service provider in question could not foresee or avoid, (as well as events beyond our control) despite the utmost care applied. (events beyond our control, war, terrorism, epidemics, natural disasters, covid 19, travel and border blockade, national or international travel bans Dpcm & Ordinances, failure to be attributed to a third party not directly connected with the provision of the service. The stay is automatically interrupted for events of force majeure or by order of the authorities events beyond our /your control, unforeseen situations of danger or for any need for structural changes. In such cases solutions will be proposed to the customer. We will not be liable, no amount will be due as compensation/refund:N.B: The services of the Villa are subject to availability/times and may be modified or no longer available following Coronavirus, Dpcm & Ordinanze measurements. Please consult carefully the rates and conditions of online booking. Where it is not possible to resolve the issue promptly for reasons not dependent on our will (public holidays, no immediate availability of spare parts, external service interruption, force majeure, etc.) although we will inform/seek the source of the disorder in order to end it, Vsr can not be held responsible for any noise/ odors that come from sources outside the structure or other customers of the Villa.We will not be responsible for any event caused by failure to comply with the INTERNAL RULES, VIRTUAL INFO BOOK, NOTICES OF THE VILLA ON LINE AND OFF LINE negligent conduct by the customer/ any authorized visitors and cause the damage itself to himself or others housed.
Cancellations made by us (except for force majeure) although unlikely, may still occur. In this case we will refund the full amount paid or will be offered a voucher to use with a deadline that will be indicated in the email.
